Both of the shows I participated in last week were a success! Everyone loved the cupcake paintings. A big shout out to Heather for actually buying two of them. Sure, she's my friend, but it was still my first sale, and that counts for something. Also, thanks to Erika for helping to put this event together, and for replacing all of the plastic cupcake adornments with cherries to match my paintings.
My knitted armwarmers and scarves were a hit over at the Columbia Art Center. So far, I've sold 5 pairs of armwarmers! How exciting.
